Pumpkin Pie For Diabetics
Ingredients :
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar twin
1 can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg to taste
Directions :
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
